It serves around 70,000 customers and Charles Phillips will be handling around 8,000 employees spread over a global region of 120 offices in 36 countries. As an ERP provider, Phillips wants to make sure the company is able to develop products that suites the needs and demands of the market. In fact, there are new solutions being produced every quarter that are to the benefit of the midsized companies.
